Lowered expectations and falsehoods

Now of course, I'm all for the fact that the death toll is lower for US G.I.s now that July has ended.

What I'm opposed to is that the Right will pounce on this data to prove that THE SURGE is working.

First of all, it's not working. Secondly this administration is nothing but a bunch of opportunistic fucks who pretend to love the troops.
