Oh, I suppose some folks will defend Bush and say that it's only natural that someone would need "fone-etic" help in pronouncing the hard words that go into a speech, particularly one at the U.N.
Well, not me.
Listen, anybody who doesn't know how to pronounce Robert Mugabe's name AND is the President of the United States is an idiot. Ergo, Bush is an idiot.
