Viva Paul

How friggin' cool is to have-- just weeks before a hugely important election in the midst of a rethuglican fueled economic meltdown-- the current administration's chief and most notable financial critic win the Nobel for Economics? And he's been so much more. Maybe because he's especially good at rendering the dismal science in ways that I can understand, I've always been a huge fan of this guy. He's been totally out there fighting the good fight for a long time now and is the only reliable voice of the left on the NYT editorial page, besides Herbert, of course...

Whatever... congratulations to The Shrill One!
