I suppose that it's too much to ask that anyone from the current administration might have a gander at this document.
I downloaded the .pdf and was overwhelmed by the first few pages.
Ah well, perhaps Secretary of State Biden will have a go at it once he's Barack's main man in the Middle East next year.
