Geraldine Ferraro was one of the early victims of the attack style of journalism we've now all far too familiar with these days. Sigh.
Ms. Ferraro always seemed like a nice lady, someone you'd want to meet and talk with for a few minutes. That's all. I was always proud that I had voted for her, and Mondale, while I was living in her District in Queens.
In closing, let's remain steadfast in this time of grief that Sarah Palin will hopefully have something far more gut wrenching in her televised eulogy than I've proffered here. Also.
